Details of Full Listed members in printed directory would be Name, Address, Phone-Fax numbers, e-mail address, Product List - 5 and Raw Material List - 5, for 2008 edition only. Details of Listed members in website and CD ROM would be as per form filled by member. Website and CD Rom listing is for 2 years. All listed member would be given One copy of printed Directory - 2008 and CD Rom free of cost.
 

Please fill entire form in capital letters. Write all information clearly and in readable format. In case of error in printed directory/CD Rom/website D.P. Infonet will not be responsible.
 

The market price of printed directory is Rs. 500 and CD Rom is Rs. 250/- Postage/courier charges would be extra.
 

The advertiser party has to give their matter in the CD Rom in Corel(CMYK) file or by email. In case of any errors in advertisement matter given by member, publisher D.P. Infonet will not be responsible if it reflects the same in directory. All advertisers will be given one copy of printed directory and CD Rom free of cost.
 

If any party has send Listing and if not reach to us and the same will be not printed in that case we are not responsible.
 

The listed members with catalogue would be given first priority in website and CD Rom search results, listed members would be given second priority and free listed will get third priority. If anyone clicks on the paid listed member the separate page would be loaded with all the details of that member and direct mailing facility, if E-mail address is provided.
 

Listing and advertisement charges should be paid along with Listing form and by A/C payee cheque/draft in favour of D. P. Infonet, Rajkot. Cash money will not be accepted in any case and we REQUEST you not to pay by cash.
